If you decide to cancel your purchase, please fill in the return form, which contains all the necessary information to process your intention to withdraw.
The Consumer may not exercise his right of withdrawal in respect of a sealed product which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after its opening after delivery in accordance with 45/2014. (II. 26th) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 29 (1) e) of the Government Decree.
Return and Refund process:
1. Fill in the Return Form below, then place printed in the package to be returned. Keep in mind that the cost of return is borne by the customer! as this is the only way we could accept the form.
2. You can only return the product by courier or by post, upon receipt of the product, our employee checks the impeccable condition of the product (s).
- If the packaging is incomplete or the quality of the product is objectionable (washed, dirty, etc.), then we cannot accept your request.
- In the case of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health, in the case of products already opened after receipt then there is no way to exercise unjustified withdrawal.
- In the case of acceptance of the returned product or not, our staff will contact you by phone or e-mail.
4. After our assessment, the date of the refund will be determined (but within a maximum of 14 working days and to the same account that the transaction was made from).

Refund Procedure:
1. Right of Accommodation
Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directive 45/2014 on the detailed rules for consumer-business contracts. ( II.26.) Pursuant to the regulations of the Government Decree, the User may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the ordered product, return the ordered product. In the absence of this information, the User is entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal until 1 year.
The time open for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party other than the carrier designated by him takes over the product.
The User 6.2. The time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal set out in point 1 shall not affect the User's right to, on the basis of which the User may exercise his right of withdrawal between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product, he may exercise his right of withdrawal.
The cost of returning the product must be borne by the User, the company does not undertake to bear this cost.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the User will not incur any costs other than the cost of returning the product, but the Service Provider may demand compensation for material damage resulting from improper use or in excess of what is absolutely necessary for the trial. However, if a service contract is concluded between the User and the Service Provider and the User exercises his right of termination after the start of the performance, it is obliged to reimburse the Service Provider's reasonable costs during the settlement.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the User in the case of a non-prefabricated product which has been produced on the basis of the consumer's instructions or at his express request, or in the case of a product which is clearly tailored to the consumer.
The consumer may also not exercise his right of withdrawal:
1. In the case of a contract for the provision of a service, after the performance of the service as a whole, if the undertaking has started the performance with the express prior consent of the consumer and the consumer has acknowledged, that he loses his right of termination after the performance of the service as a whole.
2. In the case of a product or service the price or charge of which cannot be influenced by the financial market undertaking, it may be subject to possible fluctuations during the period open for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
3. Perishable or for a short-term preservation product.
4. In the case of a sealed package which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after opening after delivery in accordance with Regulation 45/2014. (II. 26th) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 29 (1) e) of the Government Decree.
5. In the case of a product which, by its nature, mixes inextricably with another product after delivery.
6. In the case of alcoholic product the actual value of which depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the undertaking and the price of which was agreed by the parties when the contract of sale was concluded, however, the contract shall be performed only after the thirtieth day after its conclusion.
7. In the case of a business contract where the business visits the consumer at his express request for urgent repair or maintenance work.
8. If the consumer has opened the packaging after the transfer.
9. in the case of contracts awarded at public auction;
10. in the case of a contract for the provision of accommodation, transport, car rental, catering or leisure services, with the exception of a housing service, if a contractual deadline or deadline has been set;
11. with regard to the digital data content provided on the intangible medium, if the business started the performance with the express prior consent of the consumer and at the same time as the consumer's consent stated that he would acknowledge it, that he loses his right of withdrawal after the commencement of performance.
- The Service Provider shall reimburse the User for the amount paid in return for the purchased product in accordance with the above legislation without delay, but no later than within 14 days of becoming aware of the withdrawal, including the cost of delivering the product (except for the additional costs incurred by the User choosing a mode of transport other than the cheapest standard mode of transport offered by the Service Provider).
- During the refund, the Service Provider shall use the same payment method as the payment method used in the original transaction, unless the User expressly consents to the use of another payment method; no additional costs will be borne by the User as a result of the application of this refund method. In this context, the Service Provider declares that it considers the express consent of the User if the User indicates a bank account number provided by the financial institution as a method of refunding the amount paid in return for the purchased product.
- The refund may be withheld by the Service Provider until the User has returned the product to him or the User has no doubt proved that he has returned it: the earlier of the two dates must be taken into account.
- The User is obliged to return the product to the Service Provider without undue delay, without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the sending of the notice of withdrawal to the Service Provider. The Service Provider declares that when exercising the User's right of withdrawal, the product will only be returned in its original packaging and original condition.
- The User complies with the deadline if he returns the product (s) to the Service Provider before the expiry of the 14-day period.
- When selling several products, if each product is delivered at a different time, the last product supplied, or in the case of a product consisting of several lots or pieces, the User may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of the last delivered lot or piece.
- The user can only be held liable for the depreciation of the goods if it is due to a treatment other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. If the above is proven, the Service Provider may demand reimbursement of the depreciation included in this point.
- If the User wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he can indicate it in writing at one of the Service Provider's contact details (either by using the Returnd & Refund form on this page) or by sending an email with the same template as the contact form to help.auroriaperfume@gmail.com. When signaling in writing by post, we take into account the date of posting. In case of signaling by post, the Service Provider accepts the indication as a recommended consignment or package. You can return the ordered product to the User Service Provider by post or by courier service.
